Refund & Cancellation Policy
When will I be refunded?
We do not offer cash refund. We will credit the amount in either original payment source of payment or bank details which would be given by customer. We will refund you once the original product has been QC passed
Note: Bank details provided by customer would be final and any error in details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@rogic.in. (we typically respond within 24-48 hours.)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will only be possible until the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
If the customer cancels the prepaid order, The refund amount will be initiated in terms of a Gift Card ( Valid For 1 Year )
