We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 Business Days. Our Business Days are Monday to Saturday.
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 5-7 Days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strike, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer than usual. However, you will be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
At a Time of Delivery:
Please be advised to at a time of delivery if the package seems open or not in manner way do not accept the package. otherwise, record a video while opening the box and sent it to us we will work on this immediately if something is missing.
If you have received a sms or Email of order delivered status & if its not received by you, please email or contact us within 24hrs.
We guarantee your satisfaction. Should an item not work for you, you may request to return the item within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and/or packaging attached. Refund will not be initiated if we received an used, torn or damaged product, wrong product from customer

and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the quality check team then reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund will be initiated within 72 hours.

Any items purchased during any sale like( Navratri Offer, Diwali Offer, Black Friday Sale, E.G Buy one jeans & 30% Off on second jeans). The refund amount will be initiated in terms of a Gift Card ( Valid For 1 Year )
Addition to return policy:
Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable to that order.
If a customer has returned the product for 2nd time in a row and it’s a COD order, the refund will be in the form of a gift card which can be redeemed in a year.
365-day warranty collection: Note that this warranty is only valid for one replacement, in the case of wear & tear in the product after regular usage. We’re so sure about our quality standards that in the unlikely event, that the product loses its original color and form through wear and tear, we will replace it with a new one.
Be aware of the circumstances below to ensure your warranty is not void: Damage caused by Fire, Bleach, color bleeding from other garments. Our warranty does not cover tears, rips, or snags caused to the fabric by external object/s, as these are not considered defects in materials or workmanship unless you received it that way, in which case our 30-day guarantee above would apply. Warranty will only apply with a valid invoice from our website or authorised marketplaces* This product is designed to take 10x more washes than any other product, care instructions are on the inside label of every garment. Our warranty becomes null and void on the products in this Collection, if the garment is washed in, or exposed to bleach. Silk screening, or heat transferring on any garment will ruin, or shorten the life of the garment. Our warranty becomes null and void on ANY garment that is silk screened, heat transferred, embroidered, or otherwise altered after purchase. With the help of forensic tests we will be checking on usage guidelines being followed and in the event of the tests being failed the claim would be rejected. Our warranty also becomes null and void on ANY garment exposed to chlorine, heat, gas, or any liquid above 50º C.
For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partner against the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s)
How do I self-ship the products?
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
